The room was clean and spacious. Helpful staff. Food was great, nice portions and great taste. Nice bar too. The ambiance for outdoor dining was truly great. I’ll remember this stay fondly. Minutes of walk away from the beautiful riverside and an amazing restaurants. And a comfortable walk away from Sainsbury’s.

The location was great, the venue was good for weddings parties etc. The food was good too ! ( Breakfast was lovely which we paid extra to have included)

The bed was so comfy - I wanted to take the pillows home. Bathroom was clean and well stocked - hot water tap a bit slow to come out but I just ran it for a few minutes. Best biscuit selection and plenty of tea and coffee. Room was on the third floor there was no lift which I was okay with but some may not be. They’re also having some refurb on the third floor so am excited to go back when it’s done.

We were staying at the hotel for a friends wedding at the venue and the staff were really helpful, the room was comfortable and while breakfast was not included in our room price it was really really good. The food prepared for the wedding was also excellent. The area is very pretty.

The bed was supremely comfortable - I didn't move all night! Dinner in the restaurant was lovely, and there's a large choice of breakfasts in the morning so there's something for everyone.

The suite with its balcony was great and it was lovely to have a bit more space as I was staying for a few days. The weather was really hot during my stay and the room.had a fan and lots of windows to let the air circulate. The restaurant was great, lovely menu and staff and I had two good meals there. Overall very happy with my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

it was our wedding and the staff couldn’t be more helpful!!! I can’t thank everyone enough for how wonderful they where. from start to finish. I can’t remember the ladies name but she served my bridal party on the eve of my wedding. on the 20th of April my name is Ali. this lady had dark black hair tied back. she was beyond amazing. even when I had a mal function with my wedding dress!!!! and the lovely bottle of Prosecco and card was such a beautiful touch. thank you so so much. We also had a wedding spokesman. I want to say his name was Malcom he was incredible. a massive massive thank you to you all. For making our wedding the dream day that it was!!!

I stayed in a suite, which had lots of space and a comfy bed (and a nice balcony, but December was too cold to make use of it). All the staff were really helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious.
